Refund Policy

We want to be fair and transparent with our billing practices. Here is how refunds work at Reviewla.
Monthly Subscriptions
All paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. When you pay for a month, you receive full access to your plan's features for that entire billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until then, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Billing Errors
If you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), we will issue a full refund within 7 business days of your report. Please contact us as soon as you notice the error.
Plan Downgrade
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, or from any paid plan to Free, you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period. The billing change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Billplz and typically take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of repeated abuse of the refund policy or fraudulent activity.
